Ladakh Tour Package -Srinagar to Leh (7 Nights)

Itinerary:

  • Day 01: Arrive Srinagar

Cab will pick you up from Srinagar airport and transfer to your hotel/houseboat. After check in, take some rest and then go on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Visit the Mughal Gardens i.e. Shalimar Garden, Chashm-e-Shahi Garden and Nishat Garden. Back to hotel/houseboat in the evening.

  • Day 02: Srinagar to Kargil via Sonmarg (200 km)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and start for Kargil. Enroute stop at Sonmarg, famous for rugged snow peaked meadows. After Sonmarg, cross over Zoji-La Pass (11,500 ft) and Zero Point. Now you are in Drass valley with different landscape dotted with remote mud huts. Visit War Memorial near Drass. Continue for Kargil. Night stay in hotel.

  • Day 03: Kargil to Leh via Lamayuru (220 km)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and start for Leh. Enroute visit Mulbek, Lamayuru Monastery, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river at Nimmu, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and Ladakh Hall of Fame. You will cross two passes Namik La and Fotu La. Fotu La is the highest pass on Srinagar-Leh road. Reach Leh in the evening. Night stay in hotel.

  • Day 04: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (125 km)

After breakfast, check out the hotel. Proceed to Nubra Valley via World’s Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla Pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (at your own). Later if time permits, visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries. Night stay in camp/hotel.

  • Day 05: Excursion to Turtuk (85+85 km)

After Breakfast drive to Turtuk. Turtuk was under Pakistan’s control until 1971, after which India gained control of this strategic area. It is predominantly a Muslim village and residents speak Balti, Ladakhi and Urdu. Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Back to Nubra and night stay in hotel/camp.

  • Day 06: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake (170 km)

After breakfast drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok. The main attraction of this circuit is the Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet. A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point to which foreigners are permitted, is only some seven km along the southern shore from the head of the lake, but it affords spectacular views of the mountains of the Changchenmo range to the north, their reflection shimmering in the ever-changing blues and greens of the lakes brackish water. Night stay in camps near the lake.

  • Day 07: Pangong Lake to Leh (150 km)

After breakfast drive back to Leh Via Changla Pass. On the way visit Shey, Thiksey Monastery and Rancho School. Check in to your hotel. Spend the evening in your own way like visiting Leh Market and shopping etc.

  • Day 08: Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out the hotel. Cab will drop you at Leh airport.

Cancellation Policy:
♦ 10% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 45 days before trip start day.
♦ 25% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 30-44 days before trip start day.
♦ 50% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 15-29 days before trip start day.
♦ No refund in case you cancel the trip 14 days before trip start day.
♦ Full refund if we cancel the trip.
♦ No refund for unused or partial used services.
