Itinerary:
- Day 01: Manali Arrival and Local Sightseeing
Cab will pick you up from Manali bus stand. Check in to your hotel and take some rest. Then start your Manali local sightseeing tour. Visit Hadimba Temple, Old Manali and Vashishtha. You may do a short trek to Jogini Waterfall. Visit Mall Road in the evening. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
- Day 02: Manali to Sissu (40 km)
After breakfast, check out the hotel and start for Sissu. Visit Solang Valley. You can indulge in adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, skiing and snowboarding, depending on the season. You can also take a ropeway to get a bird’s eye view of the valley. After Solang Valley, you will pass through Atal Tunnel. The tunnel is a marvel of engineering and is an attraction in itself. It connects Manali to Lahaul-Spiti valley and reduces travel time significantly. Enjoy the scenic views around. After Atal Tunnel, you will reach Sissu. Check in to your hotel/homestay/camp and take some rest. After that, you can head out to explore the village. Sissu is located on the banks of the Chandra River, and you can take a walk along the river and enjoy the beautiful scenery around. Visit the Sissu Waterfall, which is located a short distance away from the village. The waterfall is a popular attraction and is surrounded by lush greenery. In the evening, head back to your hotel and enjoy a quiet dinner.
- Day 03: Sissu to Chandratal (85 km)
After breakfast, check out the hotel and start for Chandratal. Off roading starts after Gramphu. Take rest/lunch at Chhatru and Batal. Park your vehicle near Chandratal. Chandratal lake is one kilometer from here. Easy trek. You will have to walk 1 kilometer to reach the lake. Night stay in camps.
- Day 04: Chandratal to Kaza (100 km)
After breakfast, check out the camp and start for Kaza. Visit Kunzum Pass, highest point of the trip (4550 meter). Now you will leave Lahaul Valley and enter Spiti Valley. Take some rest/lunch at Losar village. Check in to your hotel/homestay in Kaza. Visit Kaza Monastery and market in the Evening.
- Day 05: Excursion to Extreme Villages
After breakfast, be ready for extreme high altitude adventure of Spiti Valley. Visit Langza (famous Buddha statue), Komic (world’s highest motorable village), Hikkim (world’s highest post office), Chicham Bridge (Asia’s hightest suspension bridge), Kibbar village and Kee Monastery. Back to your hotel/homestay in Kaza.
- Day 06: Kaza to Manali Drop (185 km)
After breakfast, check out the hotel and start for Manali via Atal Tunnel. Take some rest/lunch at Losar village. Off roading starts after Losar. Visit Kunzum Pass, highest point of the trip (4550 meter). Now you will leave Spiti river valley and enter Chandra river valley or Lahaul Valley. Take rest/lunch at Batal and Chhatru. Here you will notice that terrain is changing. You will find good road at Gramphu. Visit Atal Tunnel. Cab will drop you at bus stand or your hotel. You may either take overnight bus for your hometown or stay at Manali.

♦ No refund in case you cancel the trip 14 days before trip start day.
