Gangtok Lachung Pelling Darjeeling Package (8 Nights)

• Day-1: Bagdogra/New Jalpaiguri to Gangtok (120 km, 4 hours)

Upon your arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport, your driver will escort you to your hotel in Gangtok. Revel in the warm welcome you receive from the hotel staff, complete your check-in procedure and take some rest in your room. Check out your refreshing surroundings, munch away steaming momos, take a stroll on the MG Marg. Have a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel.

• Day-2: Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Wake up to the refreshing smell of hills and have a filling breakfast before proceeding for sightseeing. Set off on your excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Which is in Kyongnasla Alpine Sanctuary) near Gangtok. Known for changing colours, the Tsomgo Lake is among the most visited tourist attraction in Gangtok. Further, visit the famous Baba Mandir built in fond memory of Late Major Baba Harbhajan Singh. • Day-3: Gangtok to Lachung (120 km, 5 hours)

Post a hearty breakfast, proceed for your Lachung tour. En route, take a rousing dip in the scintillating Butterfly / SS Waterfall. Enjoy moutain views with the pretty Teesta River gushing by underneath. Next, on your tour to Lachung, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Naga Waterfall that lies on the way to Lachung. Upon reaching your hotel in Lachung, complete your smooth check-in procedure and get some rest at your room. Tip: Stop by for a delicious platter of steaming momos on the way to Lachung

• Day-4: Lachung to Gangtok – Transfer With Yumthang Valley Excursion

Early morning drive to Yumthang Valley, an alpine flower valley in North Sikkim. Enjoy the scenic landscape and hot Spring and drive further for 30 kms to Yumesamdong or Zero Point close to Tibet Border, one of the highest motorable roads in Sikkim. Full day excursion to Yumthang Valley. The valley is covered with snow during January to March & with rhododendrons during April & May. By evening drive back to Gangtok. Night stay.

• Day-5: Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla

Post a fresh & delicious breakfast, proceed to Pelling. Enroute visit Budhha Park at Ravangla. Reach Pelling by evening and check into the hotel. Spend the Rest of the Day at Leisure.

• Day-6: Pelling local sightseen

Good Morning!! Treat yourself with the divine sunrise as the Snow clad Mountain peaks turned orange-yellow when sun rays fall onto these and snap the picture of this. Start your day with a splendid khecheopalri lake which is quite scenic and visit the Kanchenjunga waterfall. Later visit the Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse ruins, Helipad and Orange Rock Garden and Skywalk. Stay overnight at Pelling.

• Day-7: Pelling to Darjeeling (75 km, 4 hours)

Good Morning!!! have a Delicious Breakfast and drive to Darjeeling and reach by afternoon. Breathe in the delicious aroma of tea as you ride through the winding roads to this charming little hill town. Upon reaching your hotel, complete your hassle-free check-in formalities and head to your room. After some rest In the evening walk along the mall road & visit chowrasta (The Mall) and Mahakal temple situated near mall road. After a well-spent day come back to the hotel overnight stay.

• Day-8: Darjeeling local sightseen

Darjeeling City Tour with Sunrise at Tiger Hill. Wake up early morning & get to Tiger Hill and gaze upon phenomenal orange hues of the sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. Stop by at the alluring Ghoom Monastery & check out the elegant Batasia Loop, a quirky Toy Train railway track that spirals around the Gorkha War Memorial. Return to your hotel and have breakfast. Set out for a full day city tour of Darjeeling. Advance to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Sip on a hot cup of refreshing Darjeeling tea and go for a delightful ride on the Darjeeling Ropeway (charges extra). Also, visit Happy Valley Tea Estate. Darjeeling’s second oldest tea estate.
