Itinerary
Day-1: Udaipur Arrival and Local Sightseeing
- Check in to your hotel in Udaipur and take some rest.
- Begin sightseeing with City Palace, one of the largest palace complexes in Rajasthan.
- Explore the City Palace Museum to learn about the royal heritage and history of the Mewar dynasty.
- Visit Jagdish Temple, a beautiful 17th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located near City Palace.
- Head to the scenic Lake Pichola and enjoy a boat ride (at your own cost).
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day-2: Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh (85 km)

Day-8: Sam to Jodhpur Drop (325 km)
- Start the day with a peaceful sunrise walk at the dunes followed by breakfast.
- Take the final camel ride of the trip, riding from the dunes to the nearest road and bidding farewell to the camels.
- Begin the return journey to Jodhpur.
- Drop-off at Jodhpur Railway Station at 06:00 PM and the trip concludes.

What is the group size for Rajasthan Group Tour?
We keep our groups small and comfortable, usually between 4 to 20 travelers, to ensure better coordination and a personalized experience.
Can I join the tour if I am traveling solo?
Yes, solo travelers are welcome! You will be accommodated on a twin/triple sharing basis with other travelers. If you prefer a single room, you can opt for single sharing at an additional cost of 50%.
Are train/air tickets included in the package?
No. The package cost is ex-joining from Udaipur and ends at Jodhpur. Train/air tickets are not included, but we can assist you with guidance on the best travel options.
What kind of accommodation will be provided?
We provide deluxe category hotels at each destination and a desert camp at Sam. On the camel safari night, you will stay under the open sky on the dunes with mattresses and blankets.
Is this trip suitable for children or senior citizens?
Yes, children can join with parents. Senior citizens can also join if they are healthy and fit for camel rides and desert camping.
What meals are included in the package?
Breakfast and dinner are included every day, plus lunch on the camel safari day. All meals are freshly prepared and mostly vegetarian.
What should I carry for this trip?
Warm clothes (as desert nights can be cold), comfortable walking shoes, personal medicines, sunscreen, cap/hat, torch/flashlight, and a water bottle. A detailed “Things to Carry” list will be shared after booking.
How difficult is the camel safari and overnight stay in the desert?
The camel safari requires moderate fitness. As per policy, BMI should not exceed 32. During the desert stay, facilities are basic – washrooms and bathing may not be available. However, mattresses and blankets will be provided for a comfortable night under the stars.
Is alcohol allowed on this trip?
No, alcohol is strictly prohibited during the group trip. However if you want to consume alcohol, you may opt for private trip.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy:
- Booking Amount: Rs. 2,000/- per person
- 50% amount: Before 30 days of the trip
- Rest amount: before 15 days of the trip
Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip more than 30 days before trip start day.
- 25% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 22-29 days before trip start day.
- 50% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 15-21 days before trip start day.
- 75% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 8-14 days before trip start day.
- No refund in case you cancel the trip 0-7 days before trip start day.
- No refund for unused or partial used services.
- Full refund if we cancel the trip. Please note that no additional compensation or payment will be provided.
Terms and Conditions
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trip.
- This trip offers a unique and adventurous experience. It can be physically demanding, so please ensure you are healthy, fit and motivated before joining.
- Your BMI (Body Mass Index) should not be more than 32.
- Minimum temperature may drop up to zero degree.
- Proper washroom facility will not be available during the camel day. You will have to do your daily business behind the shrubs.
- Bathing may not be possible on day-5, as we will carry limited water on camels.
